I’ve noticed a lot of people who have dreams let excuses get in the way. But if you work hard then those dreams will turn into goals, and those goals will be manifested from years of consistent labor.
When I say hard work. I don’t mean doing your best. “I’ve got a mental disorder.” Mental health does matter. But you know what releases endorphins. Exercise and being productive towards your passion.
“I mean I want to but the stress from my job…” (Insert excuse here.) Is always a classic. You hate your job, yeah? Isn’t that enough motivation to pursue your goals? Your goals don’t care about your finances or family drama. They’re waiting to become a reality. Right now, they’re collecting dust while you find ways to feel better about the place you hate.
“All it takes is just 20 minutes a day and you’ll see results.” Bullshit. That’s all that needs to be said about this one. Do you have time to watch TV. Play video games? Social media? YouTube? There’s 24 hours in a day. Time to cut out things with absolutely zero benefits. Like the before mentioned. You can’t get abs sitting on the couch. “Actually I got this belt that really works my core…” Hard work and dedication did I stutter!
Rome wasn’t built over night. Brick by brick we can build up. But every single day we must stay diligent. Otherwise what could take months or years could take a life time.
